The Challenge

Litha Pharma needed to stabilize its workforce, align leadership and teams, and ensure the company could operate effectively while meeting ambitious growth targets. 


Our Approach

Ideate implemented a comprehensive culture and leadership alignment program: 

● Conducted early detection assessments of leadership and management working styles 

● Extended assessments to 120 sales and marketing personnel 

● Delivered one-on-one coaching and interactive workshops focused on collaboration, communication, and internal brand alignment 

● Group sessions used games, dialogue, and interactive exercises to create an unforgettable employee experience 

● Followed up monthly for six months to reinforce adoption of new ways of working 


The Results 

● Staff attrition stabilized, with legacy leadership retained for 12+ months 

● Organizational performance improved, with majority shareholder equity rising from 55% to 74% 

● Successfully signed new product pipeline agreements and strengthened market presence 

● Achieved a 5-year revenue CAGR of 10.5%, with projected sales over R1 billion by 2017
